The land on which the villages are built was chosen for its rich soil and many small streams that provide water for livestock and growing crops. The three main buildings in Lutterwick are the Manor House, the church and the Great Barn, all of which are built from stone. The remaining buildings are built from wood and wattle and daub. Visit the Manor House, church and Great Barn to learn more about them. Talk to all of the people you come across to learn about them and what they do.
